INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAC AND
UNIX USERS...
To get started today just follow these simple steps.
1. Click this link Spam Control Panel ( http://vq.wac.com )
2. You will then get a box that gives you information about a certificate (security alert).
3. Click View Certificate
4. A new box will pop up, Click Install certificate
5. Click Next, Next and then finish.
6. Click Yes
7. Click OK, OK, and then Yes
8. Now enter your email address and password
9. Put a check in the “remember me” box.
10. Click login
11. Now click configure
12. To activate your account and stop the spam take the check mark out of Disable Vanquish Anti Spam
13. Go to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes
14. Then go back to the top of that page and click the blue words that say Log Out.

Go to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes

Now go back to the top and click on Allow List

At the top you will see a large empty box, in that box put the email
addresses of your friends and family that you want to receive email from.

After each address click the button to the right that says Allow Sender.

Now for a tutorial put your arrow on help and then click tutorial.
This will take you step by step into this new service.

When you are finished click Log out at the top right.

15. If you would like to download the Control Panel you can do so by following these next few directions. This is NOT the program to stop spam; this utility is your control panel to the anti-spam server. You don’t have to have this to block spam. This utility will import all your addresses from your address book.
16. Click the download link (center bottom of the webpage, blue letters.)
17. Then click the link that says Windows 98, NT, ME, 2000, XP.
18. Follow the onscreen instruction to finish install.
19. Once you have finished the install it will ask you to log in.
20. Once you have logged in you will see the email program you use on the left, click on it and then click open address book. This will allow you to choose who you want to add to your allow list right then.
21. Once you have finished with that we highly recommend checking out the online tutorial. That can be found by logging into http://vq.wac.com and putting your arrow on help and then click tutorial.
